With most of the nation frozen - now is the time to really enjoy a few travel updates!

Disney Cruise Line: Disney Wish Delayed
Due to delays at the shipbuilder in Europe, Disney Cruise Line announced that the Disney Wish will not sail as previously announced. The new inaugural sailing will be July 14, 2022. Guests who were booked on sailings affected will get the chance to rebook AND save 50% off a future cruise (that's quite the deal!).
If you're considering a cruise on Disney Wish - sales will resume on February 8.

Disney Celebrates Black History Month
Disney is continuing it's "Celebrate Soulfully" series this year and for the first time - it is including this celebration at Disneyland.
Celebrate Soulfully invites families and friends to gather for experiences that honor Black heritage and culture through music, food, art and more.

At Disney Springs, Motown favorites return alongside jazz, R&B and pop hits, with a line-up of featured musical acts all month long. Explore the rich and dynamic evolution of jazz at “The Soul of Jazz: An American Adventure” exhibit in The American Adventure at EPCOT through the legacies of famous musicians and stories of how jazz took root in cities across the United States.

As part of Celebrate Soulfully, Disneyland Resort will present “Celebrate Gospel” – at Disneyland park for the first time. “Celebrate Gospel” is a Disneyland Resort tradition, previously held in Stage 17 in Disney California Adventure park. At Downtown Disney District, you can celebrate with nightly outdoor concerts covering genres such as R&B, Gospel, reggae, funk and jazz throughout February.

New Entertainment Comes To Magic Kingdom Park At Walt Disney World
Starting February 11: “Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade!” begins! Starring nearly 30 of your favorite Disney and Pixar friends, this super-sized cavalcade features Nick and Judy from “Zootopia,” Baloo and King Louie from “The Jungle Book,” José Carioca and Panchito from “The Three Caballeros,” plus Merida, Moana, The Incredibles, and more – including the Magic Kingdom debut of Miguel from “Coco” in his mariachi best.

That’s not the only much-anticipated offering coming to the parade route. The beloved Disney “Festival of Fantasy” Parade returns to Magic Kingdom Park beginning March 9 – the anniversary of the debut of the parade in 2014 – winding its way through the park not once, but twice each day!

“Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire” will make its debut on the Cinderella Castle Forecourt Stage Feb. 25! The show, newly enhanced for the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary celebration, will incorporate favorite scenes inspired by “Frozen,” “Tangled,” and “The Princess and the Frog” – plus a new opening and a new finale with Mickey Mouse and all his friends in their sparkling, EARidescent fashions. Presented multiple times a day, the show will also include an all-new, original song entitled “Where the Magic Feels Like Home.”
